Williams Professional Painting soundproofed a room in my condo by installing a layer of Quietrock over existing drywall. My goal was to soundproof against surrounding sounds coming from any of the neighbors. With the soundproofing work done by Williams Professional Painting, this goal has been attained. Abel, Rene, and Nestor were the team that installed the walls, and Rick (the business owner) and Jose oversaw the project. The team were consummate professionals. They have a lot of experience with installing Quietrock EZ-Snap and Green Glue. This type of drywall install is intensive work that requires specific skill and experience; for example, Green Glue cures fast after application, so walls with Green Glue need to be put up right after glue application. Abel and team knew all the details and did everything perfectly, including not only the Quietrock EZ-Snap and Green Glue install, but also extensively sealing all seams with acoustical caulk (Green Glue Noiseproofing Sealant was used for this), extending the electrical/cable/phone outlets and switches and adding Quietputty around them, putting back floor trim perfectly, and adding door trims (which Abel and team made) around room closet doors to match new wall thickness. At the end, they painted the room and the ceiling. They did a great job, engineering-wise (the soundproofing works great), and aesthetically (the walls, corners, ceiling, outlets, etc. look perfect, you wouldn't guess that a second layer has been added over the original). The painting job was also great. In addition, they finished in the timeframe initially agreed upon, and were attentive and responsive (to my many questions) throughout the project. Their work produced minimal amount of dust (they are pros at cutting & handling drywall). They also left the place very clean. In conclusion, a great experience.

We've lived in the Mount Vernon area for many years but this is the first time we've contracted with Williams Professional Painting. We are happy to say that Ernesto and his team did a beautiful and professional paint job on our house. His work was superior to any we've had done in prior years or we could have done ourselves. Ernesto was very polite and frequently asked if we had any questions or outstanding issues. We also want to commend your office staff on their professionalism and the pleasant way they handled questions. Congratulations to a top notch company and a job well done.

My husband and I would like to tell you how pleased we are with the work that was done by your employers, Juan Maldonado and his co- worker. They were at our house on Wednesday September 23 and Thursday September 24. While here they did carpentry work as well as painting. The end product is truly top of the line. We found Juan and his co- worker to be hard working, pleasant and above all else extremely competent. It will be our pleasure to recommend them to our neighbors, many who saw the Williams truck in front of our house and were curious to know what we were having done, and our many other friends.

D2 did an excellent job. The bedroom never looked so good..He was polite, efficient and skilled. He spotted and repaired nail holes and surface imperfections that were not particularly noticeable. And the result was beautiful. I would definitely recommend him.

Bryan Pinto, one of William's foremen, and his team showed up early the first day and performed their work with efficiency and care. The team finished the job promptly and did excellent work, carefully executing detailed carpentry work on crown trim and painting as high as the peak of our four story town-home. Very impressed with their work and would hire again.

Ricardo Salas and Cristian just finished work at our house. Dave Williams and his staff has been painting our house for well over twenty years. Consequently, I expected a first rate job, and I was not disappointed. Ricardo and Cristain's preparation and painting were excellent. It was a complicated job involving two different colors, and they brought it off perfectly. They were neat and clean and completely protected other surfaces. That is why when I need painting done, I look no further than Williams Professional Painting.

I cold called Williams Professional Painting while searching for painters for my new condo in DC to obtain a quote. I was able to promptly talk to Rick Williams on the phone and he was extremely responsive and reasonable. I told him I recently purchased a condo and wanted to repaint everything prior to moving in. He sent an estimator out to my condo. The estimator, Jose, showed up on time and was extremely courteous, even removed his shoes prior to entering my condo. He took measurements of the rooms and recommended different types of paints for the rooms. I discussed with Rick that I needed the job done in two days and he said it wouldn't be a problem. His crew led by foreman Bryan arrived on time and was also extremely courteous and professional. Their #1 priority seems to be getting the job done correctly. Some of my paint colors were rather dark for accent walls and although my contract said 2 coats of paint, Bryan used 3 coats to ensure that the accent walls were painted properly.

Rick's team kept their word and finished my project in 2 days, even though it required bringing in a few extra painters, they still did not lapse their deadline. In the end, I am glad I hired Williams Professional Painting and did not take on this task myself or hire hourly help to assist me to paint. I'll be sure to recommend this company and the services of Rick and Bryan to all of my friends.

I had a third-story gutter that was drip-leaking over my deck. I would like to commend Juan Maldonado and his helper for inspecting, ascertaining the problem, and rectifying it. He reviewed the problem, recommended the fix, and after the go-ahead, proceeded to implement it.

It will take another hard rainfall to determine if the repair eliminated the issue completely, but the measures taken by Mr. Maldonado and his crew were well-thought out from his experience, and executed very professionally.

I'm writing to provide a review for Ricardo Salas and Edison for their work at Cameron Mills Rd.

We had a great experience with both Williams Professional Painting and Ricardo and Edison. First off, the estimate process was so much easier and straight forward than I expected. It was easy to schedule a time on the weekend to get an estimate and Dave showed up ready to answer any of my questions and was more than willing to provide information. He also responded to my emails etc. promptly, making it painless to schedule and move forward with the project. This is a very different experience than with other contractors we have attempted to work with. We also had the pleasure of using the company's free design services at their office location. It made picking a color far more enjoyable than going to a crowded Home Depot and the advice was very valuable.

Second, Ricardo and Edison's work was fantastic. They showed up right on time, covered all the walkways, protected the furniture, and worked efficiently. Ricardo ended up doing 2 out of the 3 days of work by himself, and we had the same experience. He showed up right on time, making it easy for me to ask any questions I had before I had to head off to work, and was very respectful of our home. The paint job is beautiful and my house was left clean and undamaged. I would be happy to work with Ricardo again in the future and would certainly recommend Williams Professional Painting to others.

We just had our beautiful historic townhouse painted by Dave with Juan Maldonado as our foreman. The house is absolutely beautiful. The quality of the workmanship, customer service, and professionalism was exceptional. Thank you Dave, Juan and your crew for restoring this beautiful building to its glory. You are truly the best.

Carlos was the crew leader when I had my newly purchased condo painted in July. I know Edison worked several days but I do not know the name of any of the other workers. I had the walls, ceiling, trim & doors, and kitchen & bathroom cabinets painted as well as new hinges and hardware installed on all the cabinets. Plus Williams Prof Painting removed a big ugly mirror, repaired the drywall and installed crown molding in the living room, dining room and hall way. All this was going on at the same time I had hardwood floors installed. I was on a very tight time frame and Carlos did yeoman’s duty keeping the job moving along and keeping me informed every step of the way. There were a few really minor, minor hiccups…to be expected when you have this much activity going on in a small space. Carlos worked until after 7 PM the night before I moved in. Did I mention it was the hottest week of the year and the A/C stopped working? All of this was done with no sacrifice in quality.

I was so pleased with the work of Carlos and Edison that I requested either of them when I hired Williams Prof Painting to do some minor ceiling drywall repair and painting touch-up after I changed out a kitchen ceiling light fixture in September.

The prices for the whole condo job and the small kitchen ceiling repair job were exactly what was quoted. The crown molding was time and material and the final price for the crown molding was within $100 of the verbal ballpark range the estimator gave me. No additions and no surprises.

William Professional Painting is not the low price contractor but the price is very competitive for the quality of work performed. I will ask for Carlos or Edison at Williams Professional Painting any time I need painting or professional carpentry/drywall repairs.

I can’t say enough about the care and attention to detail that Ricardo Salas and Enriquez provided in repainting a dozen old, peeling 6 over 6 wooden window frames on my home that were down to bare wood in places. I am confident that my 1941 windows are in good shape for many years to come. Williams’ painters kept the workplace immaculate and as a bonus they were great dog-watchers! I was able to let my dogs out the backyard while I was at work, because they were careful to close gates as they went back and forth so no escapes occurred. They treated my property as if it were their own.
