Painting & Contracting Made Easy!

Wanted to send a note of appreciation re my recent painting project. The whole process was seamlessly handled. Mr Williams offered suggestions and promptly provided an estimate. Amy, the receptionist, courteously handled the scheduling of the project, arrival times, and billing questions. Adolberto Ferrafino and Rodrigo arrived as scheduled, and with a minimum of household disruption and mess performed a "face-lift" on my living room. The plaster repair and new paint gave the room a whole new look. I am very pleased, and plan to use Williams for painting projects I may have in the future-perhaps an exterior paint project in the spring. Thanks much.

Ricardo Salas was the foreman on the two man crew that repaired extensive damage and painted my house this week. He arrived to the minute on time, and worked with discipline and skill all day every day. He went above and beyond to make the work perfect..even painting the tiny ceiling space above the huge window near the ceiling. He was polite and courteous.He is one of the finest workers I have ever seen at my home. The final result is beautiful. Thank you.

He went out of his way to research the exact match on paint, and also astutely noted that he probably needed to ensure the paint work he did after refinishing the seams coalesced with the balance of the hallway paint. I wanted to send a quick note this evening to let you know how happy I am with the exterior painting work. The guys finished up tonight, working very late in order to complete everything before the heavy rain starts early tomorrow, and the house looks fantastic!

I also want you to know what a terrific team you have, so professional and always gracious. They worked meticulously each day (I don’t even think I saw them eat lunch!), and they were always ready to explain anything they were doing whenever I asked questions. I hadn't gotten a chance to send a review of our experience with the WPP team for the house painting we recently had done. Lisa made great color recommendations for us, was patient as we tried to figure out what would compliment our space the best, and we were very happy with her service. The paint crew that we had, Dagoberto and Edison, worked quickly and efficiently. A week later, I still have not seen a stray drop of paint. They were punctual, professional and extremely courteous. Dave Williams and foreman Franklin are both fantastic to work with. We have used Williams Professional Painting 3-4 times before (painting different parts of our home each time) and each time they showed the same exceptional service. Dave is always responsive to phone calls and emails and Franklin is so nice and professional. Franklin moved all of the furniture away from the two walls and then went straight to work. The work was probably completed in a little over an hour and the walls looked great.
Finding a plumber or electrician that you trust and is reasonable on price may be difficult, but finding a fantastic painting company was easy for me. We plan on using Williams Professional Painting in the future.

On March 12 and 13, 2014, two of your employees, Juan Maldonado and Jose O, came to our house in McLean, VA and did our interior painting. They painted and refurbished out master bedroom and the family room/eating area/kitchen. We are 100% pleased with the job they did. The difference in before and after is noticed by everyone who steps into our family area and certainly by us when we are in the bedroom.

The project was completed today. As you know, this isn't the first time we have used WPP and we had every reason to expect that we would be satisfied with your work. I do want to mention that we were exceptionally impressed by Juan Maldinado as the foreman on the project. This job was executed flawlessly from a quality perspective and also very quickly. Mr. Maldinado kept me apprised of what they would be doing next so that my wife and I could shift from one bedroom/bathroom to another when necessary and took care of all the necessary details of moving furniture or whatever needed to be done. I'm writing to provide a review for Ricardo Salas and Edison for their work at Cameron Mills Rd.

We had a great experience with both Williams Professional Painting and Ricardo and Edison. First off, the estimate process was so much easier and straight forward than I expected. It was easy to schedule a time on the weekend to get an estimate and Dave showed up ready to answer any of my questions and was more than willing to provide information. He also responded to my emails etc. promptly, making it painless to schedule and move forward with the project. This is a very different experience than with other contractors we have attempted to work with. We also had the pleasure of using the company's free design services at their office location. It made picking a color far more enjoyable than going to a crowded Home Depot and the advice was very valuable.

Second, Ricardo and Edison's work was fantastic. They showed up right on time, covered all the walkways, protected the furniture, and worked efficiently. Ricardo ended up doing 2 out of the 3 days of work by himself, and we had the same experience. He showed up right on time, making it easy for me to ask any questions I had before I had to head off to work, and was very respectful of our home. The paint job is beautiful and my house was left clean and undamaged. I would be happy to work with Ricardo again in the future and would certainly recommend Williams Professional Painting to others.

Last week your company sent Franklin and Rigo to power wash, sand, and paint the deck and railings at my home. They did an excellent job and were very pleasant and considerate.
