Painting & Contracting Made Easy!

Wanted to send a note of appreciation re my recent painting project. The whole process was seamlessly handled. Mr Williams offered suggestions and promptly provided an estimate. Amy, the receptionist, courteously handled the scheduling of the project, arrival times, and billing questions. Adolberto Ferrafino and Rodrigo arrived as scheduled, and with a minimum of household disruption and mess performed a "face-lift" on my living room. The plaster repair and new paint gave the room a whole new look. I am very pleased, and plan to use Williams for painting projects I may have in the future-perhaps an exterior paint project in the spring. Thanks much.

Juan recently did carpentry and painting work for me for the over-hang above my front door. Rain had rotted the top of the over-hang. When Juan started the job, he realized it was rotten to a much greater extent than had been planned.

He had to completely redo the top of the over-hang and take off a facade above it.

He was thorough, courteous, timely, and overall a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend your company to my neighbors because Juan did such a fabulous job.

Adalberto & Cristian left about an hour ago, after finishing up the painting. I just wanted you to know that not only did they do a fantastic job, but they worked clean, were professional & were very accommodating. Every evening, before they left, they always checked with me to make sure that everything that I requested was being done, even to the point where I had forgotten to mention to the office , when I told them what paint I needed, that I needed Hi Gloss paint for some of the items. The next day they had the Hi Gloss. Nothing was ever a mess. the room furniture & floors were well protected with tarps, even all the flooring from the front door to whatever room they were working on. Their painting was flawless. I know, because I used to do all our painting, so I know what it takes to do such a fantastic job. Even with me taking my time, I could not do it half as good as Adalberto & Cristian.

In the evening when they were finishing up, they made sure everything was orderly, with their supplies organized & the floors vacuumed. Their was another gentleman here on the first day & his work was flawless as well.

I tried to write a review on some of the sites on the card that Adalberto gave me, but I guess I am not very computer savvy & could not do it. I will see if my husband can help me get to the correct site.

So thank you for your wonderful service. This is our 3rd time using Williams Professional Painting & we have never been disappointed & always extremely pleased.

It is hard to believe that just one week ago you were here to give me my estimate. Now my job is finished!

The crew (D2, Henry, and Les) were great. They were professional, clean, polite -- in a word -- gentlemen. I felt very comfortable with them working in my home. All of the work was carried out to my satisfaction, including the exterior painting and power-washing, the interior repair/caulking prep work, trim, wall, and stairwell painting.

I will definitely call Williams Professional Painting the next time I need a reliable, trustworthy, class "A" painting job!

I cold called Williams Professional Painting while searching for painters for my new condo in DC to obtain a quote. I was able to promptly talk to Rick Williams on the phone and he was extremely responsive and reasonable. I told him I recently purchased a condo and wanted to repaint everything prior to moving in. He sent an estimator out to my condo. The estimator, Jose, showed up on time and was extremely courteous, even removed his shoes prior to entering my condo. He took measurements of the rooms and recommended different types of paints for the rooms. I discussed with Rick that I needed the job done in two days and he said it wouldn't be a problem. His crew led by foreman Bryan arrived on time and was also extremely courteous and professional. Their #1 priority seems to be getting the job done correctly. Some of my paint colors were rather dark for accent walls and although my contract said 2 coats of paint, Bryan used 3 coats to ensure that the accent walls were painted properly.

Rick's team kept their word and finished my project in 2 days, even though it required bringing in a few extra painters, they still did not lapse their deadline. In the end, I am glad I hired Williams Professional Painting and did not take on this task myself or hire hourly help to assist me to paint. I'll be sure to recommend this company and the services of Rick and Bryan to all of my friends.

The crew did a good job. They were very responsive to my feedback. Overall, good job.

This is my second time to call on Williams for painting at my condo. I researched carefully the first time and chose Williams due to the many wonderful personal endorsements and the recommendations by professional publications/institutions.

Just like the first time, the job was very professional from the person who came to do the estimate to the painters who actually did the job---Ricardo Salas and Cristian. They painted my bedroom--walls, trim, ceiling and patched a corner wall in the living room -- everything looks great --a very professional job. And, other than the beautiful new bedroom I have and the smell of new paint I would not even know they had been in my house.

I hadn't gotten a chance to send a review of our experience with the WPP team for the house painting we recently had done. Lisa made great color recommendations for us, was patient as we tried to figure out what would compliment our space the best, and we were very happy with her service. The paint crew that we had, Dagoberto and Edison, worked quickly and efficiently. A week later, I still have not seen a stray drop of paint. They were punctual, professional and extremely courteous. "Both of the men that you sent were excellent and I've very seldom had painters that did such a good job and were so careful. They didn't get a spot of paint on anything other than the walls and they were very polite and as I said they were very careful to cover everything they moved furniture to help me decide on a couple of things and they were very professional and very good. I didn't catch their names but I just wanted you to know that they were good and I do appreciate them. Thank you so much. "

I had Ricardo, Salas and Cesar plus a couple of other guys work on my son's house. They did an excellent job and worked very hard throughout the project. The foreman(Ricardo, I think) kept me abreast of the progress throughout while I was at the house. The paint job is excellent.

Jose and I did not communicate well during the estimation process. The estimate that I received was not the total amount (excluding additional carpentry work needed) I expected it to be. I was shocked when I saw the final bill. The terms of agreement also showed that I would receive two coats and I did not. I was told that was only true for the pvc boards and door, that the paint was so good in covering that I did not need two coats. When I asked the foreman(Ricardo, I think) about painting the mullions he said they normally do not do those. I told him to call Jose and Jose confirmed that they would be done. So, the job was excellent but the estimation process did not go well. I'm sorry about this because Jose is a very nice guy and I enjoyed working with him, and he was concerned and respectful. I was told that Williams would replace two facial boards that go on the roof area free of cost. Thank you very much.

Overall, what is most important is that you did a great job and treated me respectfully and the job diligently. I hope the same can be said for me.

Please take special note that all the painters on my job worked hard and diligently throughout.

Adalberto and his assistants did an excellent job painting the windows and exterior trim, plus interior repairs at my house. They were dependable, arriving each day at the scheduled time and finishing each afternoon at a convenient hour. Adelberto was very amenable to requests for even minor details, did all work in a beautiful manner, and cleaned up completely each day. I have used Williams Painters in the past with great satisfaction, and will certainly use them again.

Another quality job by the Williams crew. Ricardo and Fidel made

sure everything was covered prior to prepping the surfaces to be patched

and painted. They worked neatly and efficiently. Alvis had accurately

prescribed the job and Ricardo and Fidel executed it to the letter.

Of course, I will continue to use or recommend Williams as my "go to"

painters in the future. The office staff acknowledged the order, gave me

a scheduling window, notified me of the time and day, and made sure

the scheduled appointment was met.

I just wanted to take a minute to tell you how happy we were with the two guys that did the painting the last 2 days, Jose and Jaime. They did and amazing job and went above and beyond what I expected. While the walls look amazing I have to say what looks 1 million times better is the trim around both sets of our steps. Jose took the time to caulk and clean up the cracks in that trim and then paint it to boot!! They also did an amazing job patching the ceiling in the entry way and they even put a coat of paint on the ceiling when they really didn\'t need to, nor was it in the contract. I can\'t say enough about the job they did and the quality of their work.
