We wanted to let you know that we are very pleased with the painting work done so far by Ricardo Salas and the crew working with him. The exterior painting of the house is progressing well—it is a “big” old house and we appreciate the care and time everyone is taking to prepare and paint it in the best way possible. Ricardo and the crew always arrive by 7:30 am (most times earlier) to begin the job and they work steadily throughout the day until quitting time. Everyone is very courteous and professional.

The bedroom painting job is now completed. Again Ricardo and his crew did a very good job. Noe made sure that the cut-in line between the ceiling and wall colors was straight because he wanted everything to be done right.

When everything is finished we will send in a review. Right now we wanted to let you know that your foreman, Ricardo Salas, and his painting crew are doing a good job. Our neighbors have given us positive comments about the colors we selected. The house will look very distinctive once completed and will be an example of the quality of your workmanship.

We needed repairs to drywall and also some carpentry after water damage to our townhouse first floor. Due to insurance delays and issues, the work ended up being done in "spurts" instead of all at once.

Even though we had many delays and stops and starts, WPP were always cheerful to respond and did the work professionally. The crews were always eager to be sure that the customer was happy with all their work. We had a challenging job because our townhouse is over 50 years old, but this was no problem for WPP. The price initially quoted by WPP may be higher than others, but, they seem to build in enough contingency in their fee so that if you encounter any bumps in the road, they have "no problem" responding. That is not true with other painting contractors in our experience. Also, the billing office and owners are available if you have questions and are happy to discuss options or any concerns you might run into. Everyone at WPP was a pleasure to work with. Rare these days!

I had a third-story gutter that was drip-leaking over my deck. I would like to commend Juan Maldonado and his helper for inspecting, ascertaining the problem, and rectifying it. He reviewed the problem, recommended the fix, and after the go-ahead, proceeded to implement it.

It will take another hard rainfall to determine if the repair eliminated the issue completely, but the measures taken by Mr. Maldonado and his crew were well-thought out from his experience, and executed very professionally.

It was such a pleasure to have Franklin and Jorge back for another painting chapter chez Sugiyama/Ritts. And they always leave the house in better condition than it was when they got here.

Dear Williams family,

We needed an experienced company to paint the interior of our 2200 sq. ft. 1948 brick rambler. The walls and ceilings in the original part of the house are plaster on wood lathe. During its 65+ years, the walls and ceilings were showing cracks suffered from settling, earthquake, and a mediocre paint job done by someone else 10 years ago requiring more prep time than the 1990-91 addition (drywall and wallpaper to be removed).

Once we decided that we were ready to have the house painted, we began interviewing painting companies and chose Williams Professional Painting for reasons both tangible and intangible.

A work colleague had recommended them based on their results on the exterior painting of their home.

We attended a complimentary paint consultation seminar hosted at Williams’ plant. Attendees included real estate agents, previous clients, and potential new business opportunities like us. The class was conducted by an experienced painting and color design consultant.

The plant was clean, well-stocked, and well-organized with paints and paint samples, ladders, and drop clothes for pending jobs. It was there that we met the Williams family. We knew that we could trust this family to do the job right.

Rick, the owner’s son, inspected our home twice to gauge the amount and type of work required. He then decided which of his crews had the mix of skills required to perform the job. Our crew foreman was Jose G., and the team included Ricardo, Jaime, Jhoiner, Marvin, and Dagoberto.

They did all the big and little things right, such as the following:

The crew was punctual starting every day at 7:30 AM. They worked the entire day of the mid-January snow storm and appeared the day after that storm at the same 7:30 AM starting time. They worked the entire day breaking only for a brief lunch, which they ate on the premises. They concentrated on their tasks throughout the days. They took extra care protecting our belongings including babysitting the 2 dogs if they got out. They were conscientious when it came to keeping the outside gates closed so there would be no runaway dogs. They asked us clarifying questions if there ever was the possibility of doubt. There was never any sense that any of the valuables in the house were in any jeopardy. At the end of every day, they cleaned their tools and carefully vacuumed our rugs and floors. They left the house spotless. They organized, consolidated, and covered with a tarp all of their materials and equipment in a central area that was the least intrusive to our family and pets. They offered a touch-up visit if needed before we put the house up for sale in 2015.
The crew from Williams Professional Painting made the paint project as painless for us as possible. As we told the crew, they made the house beautiful. The repair s and preparation work were superb. They know their profession and are craftsmen. We thanked them very much, and told them that they made our home beautiful. No one could have done a better job than they did.

Your company recently repaired the ceiling and painted a bedroom in my mother's house in Arlington. Dagoberto was the foreman and I want to commend him highly for his work. He is a careful and hard worker, paying attention to every detail, including cleanliness. We are very pleased with the quality of his work; you are fortunate to have such an excellent and dedicated worker.

I know that I can speak for Lauren as well as our team here at Everly-Wheatley when I say a heartfelt “Thank You” to you and your team of professionals. The ladies have asked me to tell you that the person who did the drywalling and painting in the bedroom of Apt. 3 is excellent. We can't even see where anything was done. Great work!

To whom it may concern:

On March 12 and 13, 2014, two of your employees, Juan Maldonado and Jose O, came to our house in McLean, VA and did our interior painting. They painted and refurbished out master bedroom and the family room/eating area/kitchen. We are 100% pleased with the job they did. The difference in before and after is noticed by everyone who steps into our family area and certainly by us when we are in the bedroom.

Ricardo Salas was the foreman on the two man crew that repaired extensive damage and painted my house this week. He arrived to the minute on time, and worked with discipline and skill all day every day. He went above and beyond to make the work perfect..even painting the tiny ceiling space above the huge window near the ceiling. He was polite and courteous.He is one of the finest workers I have ever seen at my home. The final result is beautiful. Thank you.

Hi Alvis. I just wanted to thank you for your help. Carlos S. came to my house yesterday to do the work we talked about earlier. I loved him. He was such a nice person and very professional throughout the entire process. I really appreciated the way he explained everything to me and did all the work so carefully. This was a great experience- Rick oversaw the project from the beginning and was responsive, considerate, and honest, while JB, Lucius, and Jamie were here every day and were really excellent. They were courteous, efficient, and kind! I work from home so we saw a lot of each other. Our project consisted of fairly serious construction, as well as painting and finishing, and we are thrilled with the results. Working on the aesthetics with Lisa was a joy too, she was very thoughtful and creative. We are really very pleased with all aspects of this project, and will be using this company again in the future as needed.
