I just wanted to write and say what a nice job Walter and Gino did at our house this past week.

They were very pleasant to work with and have around.

I was very happy with the work.They were extremely focused on making sure I was happy with everything and took extra care to make things perfect.

Milton of Williams Painting contacted me quickly after I requested an estimate and arranged to come to my home. He answered all my questions, including giving me prompt follow-up answers to my additional email questions. That may sound routine, but it hasn't always been my experience with other companies.

Luis, Alberto and Jose were the men who worked on my home. The arrived very promptly on the day they'd promised, ready to work. At first it seemed that they were moving a little slowly, but that wasn't slowness. It was thoroughness in the prep work. They addressed all the cracks and nail pops they found. They fully repaired a couple of old bad drywall repairs, to the point that, even knowing where to look, I can see no evidence of the prior damage. I'd asked if the popped nails could be replaced by screws in the repair. Milton had assured me they could, and they did. They took that kind of care throughout. The finished job is excellent.

They were careful in moving and covering my furniture. They cleaned up every day. They were always pleasant to work with and to have in my home. Luis' last word to me as he left was a reminder of the warranty; to let them know if I found anything afterward and to assure me they will come back to address anything they might have missed. After my experience with them, I have no doubt they back up their work.

I'm completely happy with their work and would recommend this company. I will use Williams Painting again.

Arturo and Daniel both are quite professional and pleasant. I also want to compliment Williams' customer service staff. I always try to compare three vender quotes, and one of the key aspects is the excellent customer service by all that I come I contact. Williams Painting has always been a pleasure to work our projects.

They provided an accurate estimate, purchased paint and other supplies, painted about 3/4 of the rooms in our house, moved all furniture and replaced everything as they found it, cleaned up and were very responsive in their communication with us.

Rick – I wanted to thank you and your team for the fine work that they did on the exterior and interior of my home. I am very pleased with the work, and I am happy that I used your firm. I plan to replace the set of wooden steps at my home’s back entrance sometime in the next year or so, and when I do, I will certainly contact Williams about an estimate. Your team was very professional and responsible, and I would be happy to have them work on my home again.

Just want to let you know that my husband and I are very pleased with the carpentry repairs done by Juan Maldonado and the painting done by Adalberto and Erik. As usual, all work was done in a professional manner. At the conclusion of the job, our outdoor furniture was moved back into place and the remaining paint was labeled, boxed, and placed in our garage – all we had to do was enjoy!

I want to thank you for the work done recently on our ipe deck. Ricardo Salas and Pablo power washed the deck, removing several years of tree drippings and grime, and then applied the new stain.They did a good job working around the white painted railings and pergola posts.The result is beautiful and the deck looks brand new. The workmanship was excellent and they clearly knew the proper way to apply the stain.

The team we had to do the painting were Adalbarto and Enrrique. They did and excellent job. They were on time each morning. They carefully protected the floor and furniture. They acted in a very professional matter. The paint job was well done and we are very satisfied. We will call you again if we need additional painting done.

I have had Dagoberto Machado perform work at my house twice in the recent past. I want to compliment him on his punctuality, professionalism, and quality of work. He holds himself to a very high standard, and it is reflected in his painting. He is thorough and takes the time to explain the work to me. Jose – I just wanted to say how pleased I am with how things are going. I find all the workmen pleasant and hardworking. I have had to leave the house for a few hours most days and I am totally comfortable leaving things in their hands. The newly painted rooms look stunning. I can’t believe it’s my home. The repair of the water damage in the 2nd floor ceiling areas is first rate. The PVC was put up on the most blistered outside trim today. Tomorrow (Wednesday) there will be someone finishing up the interior (mostly in the study) and someone painting outside. The closets off the study have had the wall paper removed and primer applied. That had to be particularly tedious work not to mention demanding physically due to the constricted space involved. The forecast for the next couple of days is for a high in the mid 80’s and dry. That’s a lucky break for us.

Thanks for everything. I think my neighbor has called WPP for an estimate on a job in her family’s home. Word spreads quickly.

On May 26 & 27, Santos Benitez & Edison painted the exterior trim on my townhouse, as well as making a few other repairs on the exterior. They were prompt, efficient, careful, & skilled. They did an excellent job--as has always been my experience with Williams Professional Painting.
