I wanted to let you know how happy we were with the exterior paint job that was done at our house the week of March 14, 2016. Unfortunately I cannot recall the foreman's name - I think it was Santo. He and the other painter did a wonderful job. They were very courteous and professional and we are very pleased with the work they did. I would definitely hire them again.

Dear Mr. Williams,

In December 2014, I arranged for a sizable interior painting project with your company. This was the fourth time that Williams Professional Painting would undertake a job in my home. This recent experience has been completed and was truly an outstanding display of workmanship with the total job a resounding success.

Mr. Rick Williams provided the initial project assessment and estimate which included 3 bedrooms, an office/study, entry foyer, hallway and staircase. As colors were planned to change, Rick suggested we hire Lisa Reyes, your professional interior designer. Lisa came to visualize the planned project and listened to our color ideas and preferences for each room and then brought out her myriad color palates to narrow the selections. Lisa was a sure help! She offered great ideas and suggestions for colors and applications, so that all parties were confident that the right colors were chosen for each location. To assure these selections, Lisa created a 12 by 12 inch sample of each color at her Williams paint studio and then returned for viewing on each wall. Colors were spot on and the project was a go! Shortly thereafter, Lisa called and provided the official start date, time and project manager’s name.

On start date, Bryan and Dagoberto “D2” arrived, introduced themselves and set to work. These two workmen arrived each day on time, even during an icy weather morning, reviewed their plan for the day and set to accomplishing the task. In addition to routine company policy of removing and patching picture hooks, covering all the floors and moving and covering all the furniture, Bryan and D2 showed thorough attention to small details (as removing all switch plates, socket plates, and door knobs prior to painting and then reinstalling); saving all the old picture hangars, and safeguarding some small items. One ceiling area near a skylight required drywall repair. Again D2 showed his craftsmanship with amazing results. You would never realize a repair was there.

Seeing the daily fantastic results and how fresh everything looked resulted in adding another area for painting. While Lisa was on site to see the progress, we asked if a second staircase could be added to this project. She immediately contacted Bryan and D2 to determine if there was sufficient paint and then contacted Rick for a price estimate. All was a go again, and are we ever glad that this added area was able to be painted. What a finishing touch!

Overall, Williams Professional Painting remains one of metro D.C.’s true treasures. Each day allowed us to experience painting expertise; daily work team communication and plan for the next day was appreciated and left no guesswork. Finally, it was such fun to see the painter’s satisfaction in our positive reactions. As repeat customers, the entire Williams’ enterprise is professional, reliable, personable, and thorough and will continue to be my ‘painter of choice’ and the only one I will recommend. Adalberto and his assistants did an excellent job painting the windows and exterior trim, plus interior repairs at my house. They were dependable, arriving each day at the scheduled time and finishing each afternoon at a convenient hour. Adelberto was very amenable to requests for even minor details, did all work in a beautiful manner, and cleaned up completely each day. I have used Williams Painters in the past with great satisfaction, and will certainly use them again.

If available, request the Mr. Omar and Mr. Carlos painting team. They have an Incredible work ethic with quality results. I have used Williams Professional over several years, for my rental properties and private residence...never disappointed. On a scale of 1-10, with 5 being average...and 10 being the highest possible score...they have always hit 10 on every job.

Jorge and Jaime did an excellent job. They were professional, polite, clean, organized, efficient, arrived on time, kept me informed on what they were doing, were considerate of my husband and me, and were extremely careful with our furniture, paintings, and decorative items. They obviously love their work, love working for Williams Professional Painting, and take great pride in a job well done. Because the previous painters had painted onto the baseboard in some areas, Jorge asked if I had the paint for the woodwork so he could correct that. The line where the wall meets the baseboard is now perfectly straight. They vacuumed and cleaned up two different times and I think my house was cleaner when they left than before. I am thrilled with the result!

Ricardo Salas was the foreman on the two man crew that repaired extensive damage and painted my house this week. He arrived to the minute on time, and worked with discipline and skill all day every day. He went above and beyond to make the work perfect..even painting the tiny ceiling space above the huge window near the ceiling. He was polite and courteous.He is one of the finest workers I have ever seen at my home. The final result is beautiful. Thank you.

This letter is in response to Job #9355, painting at XXXX XXXXXXXton Road and provide my overall assessment of the job from initial contact to completion.

First, the estimator, Alvis Hermes, showed up on time and conducted a walk around in a very professional manner. We discussed the carpentry work that also needed to be done as well as the poor condition of the paint on some areas of the house. I received the estimate from Alvis on the date promised and responded the next day.

Preparation began, as scheduled, on June 23 and painting was completed on June 30.The entire process was very professional and the painters and carpenter did an outstanding job. They were very courteous and kept me apprised of when they were going to need to enter the house, the time that they planned to show up in the morning and what was scheduled. Every day they completed a thorough cleanup of the areas around the house. Due to a medical problem ,I was unable to remove the storm windows or to assist with the windows, several were very difficult to open/ remove. Dagoberto removed and replaced the windows and I appreciate his efforts in doing this with no damage to the sills of facings. All the painting and carpentry work looks very good and I am very pleased with the overall job.

I would like to commend Alvis, the two painters and the carpenter for their professional work and courteous attitudes. I am enclosing $ 150 for you to give to the two painters.....$100 for Dagoberto and $ 5O for the other painter. Thanks.

Description Of Work: Painted living room wall and baseboard, den walls, ceiling, baseboards and fixed stains and cracks, dining room baseboard as well as complete foyer where there were cracks and leak marks.

The person conducting the estimating work ( Alvis) was extremely professional and knowledgable. He was friendly, exactly on time and very responsive in providing the bid. We obtained two bids and while the other was lower we wanted to assure excellent work and since the estimator was able to fully explain why paint that had been put on our front door in the past did not stick (first person to be able to diagnose the problem) we decided that this and their current reputation on Angie's list coupled with their years in service meant that the higher price would likely be worth it - and it was.
The painters arrived on time, were careful to properly move and cover furniture and other items, carefully laid tape to block off areas NOT to be painted and completed the job fully in two days as projected. They were helpful - having a larger crew come the first day to help move some heavy items and the scheduling person readjusted the initial scheduled time as our floor project ran over. The foreman throughout remained in communication on issues and was very responsive to any request I had. Cristian Reyes was the foreman and excellent.
The cost may be higher but I gave it an A as it is worth the money.

Gabriela mentioned that I should send a note to you when I called to let her know how happy we were with the services that Jose, JB, and Rodrigo provided. Jose and Tim found a great team to help us finish the job when we determined that we needed a team with experience with durarock instead of drywall. Jose was patient and very attentive to our concerns.JB and Rodrigo replaced part of our walls and repainted the damaged walls and ceiling. Their work is beautiful. I can't even tell there was ever water damage in those areas. They also took great care in making sure our furniture was protected and to minimize dust. Their clean up exceeded expectations. Thanks for sending over such a great team! We look forward to working with them again in the future.

Great job. Courteous and professional crew. Rick oversees the project on a daily basis. My house was painted about 18 months ago. I recently noticed a small peeling spot. Rick sent someone out at their first convenience. In addition to that repair, the painter found a few other minor repairs as he is specked i in addition to that repair, the painter found a few other minor repairs as he inspected the entire exterior of my house. He did a great job and I was very pleased. Will definitely have them back when I need painting again.

Williams Professional Painting painted the exterior of my house along with the garage. Their customer service was outstanding! I would hire them again.

Bryan spent two days painting and doing repairs in our family room . The door jamb was heavily water damaged and he had to remove the old plaster and rusted metal supports and replace them. He replaced water damaged woodwork and repainted everything. The work was perfect. The jamb looked like new and all the work was neat and clean. In addition, Bryan was friendly and extremely professional. His work easily met the high standards I have come to expect from Willliams. He and the men like him are the reason we always turn to Williams Professional Painting first.

We are very happy with the work as we have been in the past.I would like to commend Franklin who supervised the job. He is very much up to the standards that we have come to expect from Williams.

We just had our beautiful historic townhouse painted by Dave with Juan Maldonado as our foreman. The house is absolutely beautiful. Carlos did an excellent job. Robert (?) too. The colors, in real life look real nice. The sassy green is very cool...it helps to add a little extra "look" to this area....reminds me of being in Miami!

I'm glad Carlos did the painting by hand instead of spraying (except for porch rafters). His judgement is appreciated.

Now I have my own work to do to finish the porch old cedar planks. I like how that part will look when all done.

I see several cans of paint left over - Thanks. Some red and some green..deck sealer too. I can just take the color codes for the porch floor (Bungalow) and the white (Alabaster) to the paint store for more right? I will use more in some places as I finish my remaining projects.
