I would like to compliment and commend the gentlemen - Juan, Cristian, and Daniel - who performed the work in our garage. They did yeomans’ work.

I just wanted to write and say what a nice job Walter and Gino did at our house this past week.

The project was completed today. As you know, this isn't the first time we have used WPP and we had every reason to expect that we would be satisfied with your work. I do want to mention that we were exceptionally impressed by Juan Maldinado as the foreman on the project. This job was executed flawlessly from a quality perspective and also very quickly. Mr. Maldinado kept me apprised of what they would be doing next so that my wife and I could shift from one bedroom/bathroom to another when necessary and took care of all the necessary details of moving furniture or whatever needed to be done. We are accustomed to good work from Williams, but I think that Juan is exceptional even by your high standards. Thank you for a job well done.

I wish to commend your firm for the outstanding painting of our family room. We were impressed with the technical skills and knowledge of all personnel involved in the project and their respect for our home and its belongings. We were also impressed with your firm’s flexibility and cooperation to meet our wishes with regard to the color scheme. The manner in which your firm handled this project clearly demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

The preparation and painting of our family room was no easy task as the room is quite spacious with 22 foot ceiling. Your painters did their tasks in a correct, professional manner. However, it was Juan Maldonado who brought distinction and excellence to the finished product.

Throughout the entire project, Juan was cordial and very responsive to the comments and concerns of the homeowners. He answered all our questions, and kept us well informed of the work\'s progress. He was exceptionally reliable, always starting work when he said he would and following up his verbal commitments with substantive action.

Juan’s constructive advice, technical proficiency, and overall friendly demeanor made him a pleasure to work with and to have in our home. But what impressed us the most was the caliber and quality of his finished product. It was beyond what we had hoped for and we are very proud to have such superb handiwork as the center piece of our home.

We also want to commend Lisa Reyes for her advice on the color scheme and repeated visits to our home to ensure all was going well.

This past Friday, March 29, 2013, Williams Professional Painting concluded their work on the interior of our building and the final check has been issued under the contract into which we entered back in February 2012. For purposes of your records and knowing what paint was used, please be advised we used Benjamin Moore “Pale Oak” on the first floor and a custom blend we titled “Nimbus 50%” for floors 2-roof vestibule, also manufactured by Benjamin Moore. Due in part to circumstances beyond our control, the project took longer than expected, but was well worth the wait considering the following five factors that help demonstrate the extra value we received under this contract:

• the paint class was upgraded to “Aura,” the highest quality available, and wallpaper areas addressed twice, at no extra cost to the Association;
• the painters worked quietly and on weekends, and Dave Williams even placed himself in harm’s way by photographing an intruder and likely criminal;
• Dave Williams and his painting staff were professional at all times and exhibited extraordinary amounts of patience in addressing our every concern;
• Dave Williams acted as a consultant during the paint selection phase and accommodated our many requests to test a multitude of paint samples; and
• Williams Professional Painting made an inordinate amount of extra trips to our property, which costs the firm time and money, in order to accommodate our preferences, coordinate with our redesign schedule, and paint, repaint and caulk several areas outside the contract scope at no charge to the Association because he was not satisfied.

Given the high level of commitment Williams Professional Painting made to our property, it was considerably important – and fair – that this extra information be imparted to you. The Board anticipates budgeting for “upkeep” painting to keep the common elements as pristine as they look now. While the Board cannot offer an endorsement of a particular contractor to you, I have personally been impressed enough by the perfectionist efforts of Williams Professional Painting to retain them in the near future to paint my private residence and therefore have copied Dave Williams on this message in case you wish to consider him for the same. Although Williams Professional Painting will not be able to offer us a viable solution to paint the exterior elevator doors and entryway cladding on floors 2 – roof vestibule, the Board is engaged in discussions with an elevator specialist who purportedly has the technology to make those surfaces more receptive to paint engineered just to adhere to those challenging types of entryways.

This is just a note to let you know how very pleased we are with the work that your foreman, Mr. Les Eichhorn, did in refinishing our front entrance. We were truly amazed with the way he patiently hand-sanded every exterior detail of the entire door and the side-light frames. He gave us an opportunity to select the shade of stain, then, respectfully, recommended a slightly different shade that turned out to exactly match the interior. He never rushed through the process and gave each application plenty of time to dry before applying the next one. Subsequently, several visitors, to our home, commented on our exceptionally beautiful front entrance. In addition to the superior quality of his work, Les was very pleasant and cooperative in accommodating our schedule. The job was intended to be a 60th anniversary gift to my dear wife. We both feel that it was well worth it!

Adalberto & Cristian left about an hour ago, after finishing up the painting. I just wanted you to know that not only did they do a fantastic job, but they worked clean, were professional & were very accommodating. Every evening, before they left, they always checked with me to make sure that everything that I requested was being done, even to the point where I had forgotten to mention to the office , when I told them what paint I needed, that I needed Hi Gloss paint for some of the items. The next day they had the Hi Gloss. Nothing was ever a mess. the room furniture & floors were well protected with tarps, even all the flooring from the front door to whatever room they were working on. Their painting was flawless. I know, because I used to do all our painting, so I know what it takes to do such a fantastic job. Even with me taking my time, I could not do it half as good as Adalberto & Cristian.

In the evening when they were finishing up, they made sure everything was orderly, with their supplies organized & the floors vacuumed. Their was another gentleman here on the first day & his work was flawless as well.

I tried to write a review on some of the sites on the card that Adalberto gave me, but I guess I am not very computer savvy & could not do it. I will see if my husband can help me get to the correct site.

So thank you for your wonderful service. This is our 3rd time using Williams Professional Painting & we have never been disappointed & always extremely pleased.

I didn't actually get any work done by Williams because my timeline would not work with the schedule but they actually sent me an email to let me know that they would have to decline the opportunity to work on my project. This is the first time I've ever received such a courtesy from contractors in the home improvement business, and I cannot express how wonderfully professional this is. I have had far too many experiences of contractors coming out to estimate, only to never contact me again, or to go through the trouble of sending me a quote and then never actually schedule the work.

While I did find someone who was able to do the work I requested in my short time frame, in the future, I will definitely contact Williams again for a bid. Just this email was enough to tell me about the company culture here, and I have great confidence in their professionalism.

I had you guys take care of my exterior painting project recently, and I just wanted to let you know that it went very well. Juan and his crew arrived on time every day, were very professional, and did a great job. The trim and the deck looks great! After ceilings and walls got holes cut in them for new lights and a wall mounted tv, Jose came back and patched and painted. This is just to give my foreman, Ricardo Salas, and his team high marks for the painting project they are completing today at my home. Ricardo and his crew were punctual, respectful of my furnishings, and eager to please. Their work is top notch and they clean up after themselves very thoroughly. Ricardo helped me re-hang heaving pictures, which was very helpful. He is a great asset to the Williams Painting Company. Many thanks.

The job was to remove wall paper from the kitchen, dining room and hallway and prime and paint those rooms, and the living room, stairway to the top floor and the upper hallway, including trim and doors. They also painted the railings in the dining room and stairway. Their project manager, Alvis Hermes, provided extensive consultations and advice regarding color and type of paint. He listened carefully to our objectives and patiently worked with us, offering continual advice throughout the project. He also referred us to Janeen Braddock, an experienced color consultant at Benjamin Moore Paints who provided invaluable advice and samples that helped us to make the final paint choices, with which we are so pleased.

We can\'t begin to say how pleased we are with the beautiful job that the painters, Jose, Omar and Ricardo, did. They were very professional, punctual and responsive to all our questions. We were surprised to find two layers of wall paper in the kitchen. They did a remarkable job of removing them, despite the considerable difficulty this job entailed. Our painters worked steadily and systematically until the surface was beautifully prepared for the new paint. Throughout the whole painting process, our painters remained cheerful, accommodating, respectful of our needs and were very neat as they worked and during cleanup.
We are so happy and excited with the results, as the rooms look exactly as we want them to be. We get so much pleasure each time we come downstairs to see our beautiful, bright rooms. After seeing the great results, we definitely intend to use Williams Professional Painting to complete the process for our upstairs level and lower level family room.
