Thanks for a beautiful job. Also for the little extra favors like changing light bulbs in high places, power washing surrounding horizontal surfaces, trimming an overhanging branch & a little extra caulk where it was really needed.

We have used Williams Professional Painting for years and been very happy. Juan has come to our house at least twice and always displays a professional but friendly attitude. Our house has always been left clean and orderly. Yesterday, his helper included Noel who corrected many of the stains and problems with our ceiling. They arrived exactly on time too which is hard to do in this area's busy traffic. Thank you both for doing a great job and making it an easy experience once again.

Great job. Courteous and professional crew. Rick oversees the project on a daily basis. My house was painted about 18 months ago. I recently noticed a small peeling spot. Rick sent someone out at their first convenience. In addition to that repair, the painter found a few other minor repairs as he is specked i in addition to that repair, the painter found a few other minor repairs as he inspected the entire exterior of my house. He did a great job and I was very pleased. Will definitely have them back when I need painting again.

Walter and team did an absolutely superb job. My wife was especially pleased with the their work on the built-in bookcases in our family room. Everything they painted looks brand new.

The process of getting the estimate all the way through completion of the job could not have been more seamless or easy. We just purchased a new construction condo and initially thought we could do the painting ourselves but decided to at least get an estimate from a professional. The owner of the company actually did our estimate and was kind enough to point out serious mistakes in the builders painting job (such as the builder did not sand the walls before applying paint so the paint was rough in several spots). The estimate to paint our entire first level, the stairwell and the upper level hallway was incredibly reasonable and quite surprising. So we hired Williams right away. We were able to schedule the job quickly and the painting was completed in two days. They did a perfect job. There is no better way to qualify the quality of the work. We are so happy that we decided to hire Williams Professional Painting and they will definitely have our business in the future.

This past Friday, March 29, 2013, Williams Professional Painting concluded their work on the interior of our building and the final check has been issued under the contract into which we entered back in February 2012. For purposes of your records and knowing what paint was used, please be advised we used Benjamin Moore “Pale Oak” on the first floor and a custom blend we titled “Nimbus 50%” for floors 2-roof vestibule, also manufactured by Benjamin Moore. Due in part to circumstances beyond our control, the project took longer than expected, but was well worth the wait considering the following five factors that help demonstrate the extra value we received under this contract:

• the paint class was upgraded to “Aura,” the highest quality available, and wallpaper areas addressed twice, at no extra cost to the Association;
• the painters worked quietly and on weekends, and Dave Williams even placed himself in harm’s way by photographing an intruder and likely criminal;
• Dave Williams and his painting staff were professional at all times and exhibited extraordinary amounts of patience in addressing our every concern;
• Dave Williams acted as a consultant during the paint selection phase and accommodated our many requests to test a multitude of paint samples; and
• Williams Professional Painting made an inordinate amount of extra trips to our property, which costs the firm time and money, in order to accommodate our preferences, coordinate with our redesign schedule, and paint, repaint and caulk several areas outside the contract scope at no charge to the Association because he was not satisfied.

Given the high level of commitment Williams Professional Painting made to our property, it was considerably important – and fair – that this extra information be imparted to you. The Board anticipates budgeting for “upkeep” painting to keep the common elements as pristine as they look now. While the Board cannot offer an endorsement of a particular contractor to you, I have personally been impressed enough by the perfectionist efforts of Williams Professional Painting to retain them in the near future to paint my private residence and therefore have copied Dave Williams on this message in case you wish to consider him for the same. Although Williams Professional Painting will not be able to offer us a viable solution to paint the exterior elevator doors and entryway cladding on floors 2 – roof vestibule, the Board is engaged in discussions with an elevator specialist who purportedly has the technology to make those surfaces more receptive to paint engineered just to adhere to those challenging types of entryways.

I am very pleased with the quality of workmanship and the courteousness of your painting crew. Adalberto and Enrique are true professionals and they worked together as a team. They covered all our cabinets, countertops, and appliances before they began to paint. They were careful with our drapes, valences, and furniture as they put them in the living room before painting. Each afternoon they returned our chairs, end tables, and lights to the family room so we could be comfortable for the evening. Lisa will confirm that the rooms look great.
Speaking of Lisa, she is a wonderful addition to your team. I do not have a color eye and she was patient and respectful as she explained to me the best color choices and why she chose them. When I was unsure of my final selection, she brought additional shades in the same color family and painted samples on both the kitchen wall and the family room wall. I am very pleased with my final selection under her skilled direction. I would highly recommend William’s Professional Painting to anyone who is looking for a reputable painting company. We needed repairs to drywall and also some carpentry after water damage to our townhouse first floor. Due to insurance delays and issues, the work ended up being done in "spurts" instead of all at once.

Even though we had many delays and stops and starts, WPP were always cheerful to respond and did the work professionally. The crews were always eager to be sure that the customer was happy with all their work. We had a challenging job because our townhouse is over 50 years old, but this was no problem for WPP. The price initially quoted by WPP may be higher than others, but, they seem to build in enough contingency in their fee so that if you encounter any bumps in the road, they have "no problem" responding. That is not true with other painting contractors in our experience. Also, the billing office and owners are available if you have questions and are happy to discuss options or any concerns you might run into. Everyone at WPP was a pleasure to work with. Rare these days!

I visited my daughter’s home today. Many thanks to the crew for an excellent job. And equally important, I thank the crew for doing such an excellent job leaving the property so clean and neat.

We had a great experience using Williams Professional Painting. We live in an older home where the drywall frequently experiences seasonal cracks. We hired the company to repair the drywall. The quote process was very quick and professional. We were able to schedule the work in accordance with our schedule. Mr. Ricardo Salas performed the work. He arrived promptly at the appointed time, provided an overview of what he would be doing, and got right to work. We were very pleased with the end product – smooth walls where you couldn’t tell that any repairs had been done! We will certainly keep Williams Painting in mind for any future work.

Williams did it again! Walter and Andres rescued my house from disaster...not really but it sure felt like it! Our bedroom was painted, deck re-stained, lots of odds and ends type of painting projects that I had collected over time. Two days of work and now a lifetime of beauty! You are the best! They did an absolutely outstanding job. From the first day they came out here to look at what needed to be done, Rick Williams explained everything to me. He quoted a price to have the exterior of my home painted. He said they'd also do my mailbox, a shed, the post of a railing, as well as the shutters. They did everything. The two individuals who worked on the house, Luis and Jorge, were superb. They were so professional and always turned up on time. They were very clean. I never knew they were even here with how clean they were. Whenever I had any questions and needed to call, Rick answered or got back to me as quickly as possible. They're attitudes were lovely. I don't give high remarks to anyone that doesn't deserve it, but I can't speak highly enough about Williams Professional Painting.
