Greetings:

I was very pleased with the work that Dagobarto, Fidel & Les did on the 27^th replacing two rake boards on my house. The three men were friendly and professional. Les’ presence helped a lot because he made sure I knew that I wouldn’t be charged for the time D2 and Fidel spent getting paint, the PVC boards and a taller ladder.

If I were Dave I’d wonder why the crew showed up without those items. If they had they could have fit in another job in the time it took to get what they needed. That’s not a hit on D2, Fidel or Les.

So, as I told Les, Williams Painting remains on my short list when my home needs to be painted again – probably not for a couple of years.

Williams did it again! Walter and Andres rescued my house from disaster...not really but it sure felt like it! Just a note to let you know that Juan Maldonado did a very nice job for us last week. He was easy to have around and communicated well. It was a job made up of many little jobs and that’s sometimes hard to organize, but he did it! He had creative ideas when there were challenges and he always completed the project.

Ricardo Salas was the foreman on the two man crew that repaired extensive damage and painted my house this week. He arrived to the minute on time, and worked with discipline and skill all day every day. He went above and beyond to make the work perfect..even painting the tiny ceiling space above the huge window near the ceiling. He was polite and courteous.He is one of the finest workers I have ever seen at my home. The final result is beautiful. Thank you.

Williams Professional Painting soundproofed a room in my condo by installing a layer of Quietrock over existing drywall. My goal was to soundproof against surrounding sounds coming from any of the neighbors. With the soundproofing work done by Williams Professional Painting, this goal has been attained. Abel, Rene, and Nestor were the team that installed the walls, and Rick (the business owner) and Jose oversaw the project. The team were consummate professionals. They have a lot of experience with installing Quietrock EZ-Snap and Green Glue. This type of drywall install is intensive work that requires specific skill and experience; for example, Green Glue cures fast after application, so walls with Green Glue need to be put up right after glue application. Abel and team knew all the details and did everything perfectly, including not only the Quietrock EZ-Snap and Green Glue install, but also extensively sealing all seams with acoustical caulk (Green Glue Noiseproofing Sealant was used for this), extending the electrical/cable/phone outlets and switches and adding Quietputty around them, putting back floor trim perfectly, and adding door trims (which Abel and team made) around room closet doors to match new wall thickness. At the end, they painted the room and the ceiling. They did a great job, engineering-wise (the soundproofing works great), and aesthetically (the walls, corners, ceiling, outlets, etc. look perfect, you wouldn't guess that a second layer has been added over the original). The painting job was also great. In addition, they finished in the timeframe initially agreed upon, and were attentive and responsive (to my many questions) throughout the project. Their work produced minimal amount of dust (they are pros at cutting & handling drywall). They also left the place very clean. In conclusion, a great experience.

My wife and I hired Williams Professional Painting to paint the entire interior of our new home in Ashburn. From day one, we were impressed by the high-level of service and professionalism of your company. Milton Chavez, the project manager, was attentive to all of our questions and responded to emails and phone calls in a prompt manner. The painters, Dagaberto, Johnny, and Jaime, were very skilled craftsmen. They did a beautiful job and took obvious pride in their workmanship. Thanks so much....and can I say what a pleasure it is to work with Williams and especially this crew. Jose is a keeper!!!!!! I have had major issues with our flooring contractor this week in another part of the building. It was such a dramatic comparison between their work ethic and quality as compared to what was going on in the Vestry. Your team is amazing!!!!!!!! (I actually just sent the other sub packing and insisted that another crew be provided for next week.)

Adalberto and his assistants did an excellent job painting the windows and exterior trim, plus interior repairs at my house. They were dependable, arriving each day at the scheduled time and finishing each afternoon at a convenient hour. Adelberto was very amenable to requests for even minor details, did all work in a beautiful manner, and cleaned up completely each day. I have used Williams Painters in the past with great satisfaction, and will certainly use them again.

Its now about one week since your company completed the exterior painting and related at our house. Having been a customer of yours for about 25 years we knew what to expect -- and of course we were not disappointed! For us, this 2.5-3 week project was large and as always we were impressed with the care with which you helped us plan for it -- not least especially Lisa's help with deciding on the color scheme -- and for the attention to detail throughout. The foreman for the job, Walter, was excellent -- he was clearly committed to finishing a high quality job even if it took a little longer than expected -- and kept us well-informed on progress daily. He was also very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had as the job moved forward. His colleagues (Fidel and Jorge I think, and the carpenter whose name I forget) also did all they could to ensure a timely and good quality job -- and were scrupulous about clearing up after themselves at night and were especially thorough at the end of the task. And I should not forget your own key contribution -- answering all our questions quickly and comprehensively, and also showing great patience with us.

As always, overall, an excellent job and we will continue to recommend Williams Professional Painting highly.
