Painting & Contracting Made Easy!

I had Ricardo, Salas and Cesar plus a couple of other guys work on my son's house. They did an excellent job and worked very hard throughout the project. The foreman(Ricardo, I think) kept me abreast of the progress throughout while I was at the house. The paint job is excellent.

Jose and I did not communicate well during the estimation process. The estimate that I received was not the total amount (excluding additional carpentry work needed) I expected it to be. I was shocked when I saw the final bill. The terms of agreement also showed that I would receive two coats and I did not. I was told that was only true for the pvc boards and door, that the paint was so good in covering that I did not need two coats. When I asked the foreman(Ricardo, I think) about painting the mullions he said they normally do not do those. I told him to call Jose and Jose confirmed that they would be done. So, the job was excellent but the estimation process did not go well. I'm sorry about this because Jose is a very nice guy and I enjoyed working with him, and he was concerned and respectful. I was told that Williams would replace two facial boards that go on the roof area free of cost. Thank you very much.

Overall, what is most important is that you did a great job and treated me respectfully and the job diligently. I hope the same can be said for me.

Please take special note that all the painters on my job worked hard and diligently throughout.

Dear Williams Professional Painting,

This is my second time to call on Williams for painting at my condo. I researched carefully the first time and chose Williams due to the many wonderful personal endorsements and the recommendations by professional publications/institutions.

Just like the first time, the job was very professional from the person who came to do the estimate to the painters who actually did the job---Ricardo Salas and Cristian. They painted my bedroom--walls, trim, ceiling and patched a corner wall in the living room -- everything looks great --a very professional job. And, other than the beautiful new bedroom I have and the smell of new paint I would not even know they had been in my house.

The office admin person is back from a conference and will get me the check next week. As I was taking the elevator up a woman commented on my toile tote bag and asked for my card as they will be renovating their dental office. Love it.

This letter is in response to Job #9355, painting at XXXX XXXXXXXton Road and provide my overall assessment of the job from initial contact to completion.

First, the estimator, Alvis Hermes, showed up on time and conducted a walk around in a very professional manner. We discussed the carpentry work that also needed to be done as well as the poor condition of the paint on some areas of the house. I received the estimate from Alvis on the date promised and responded the next day.

Preparation began, as scheduled, on June 23 and painting was completed on June 30.The entire process was very professional and the painters and carpenter did an outstanding job. They were very courteous and kept me apprised of when they were going to need to enter the house, the time that they planned to show up in the morning and what was scheduled. Every day they completed a thorough cleanup of the areas around the house. Due to a medical problem ,I was unable to remove the storm windows or to assist with the windows, several were very difficult to open/ remove. Dagoberto removed and replaced the windows and I appreciate his efforts in doing this with no damage to the sills of facings. All the painting and carpentry work looks very good and I am very pleased with the overall job.

I would like to commend Alvis, the two painters and the carpenter for their professional work and courteous attitudes. I am enclosing $ 150 for you to give to the two painters.....$100 for Dagoberto and $ 5O for the other painter. Thanks.

I have been working with Williams for a few months now and I am very happy with the level of work they have done.

The team we had to do the painting were Adalbarto and Enrrique. They did and excellent job. They were on time each morning. They carefully protected the floor and furniture. They acted in a very professional matter. The paint job was well done and we are very satisfied. We will call you again if we need additional painting done.

Amy and Gabriela: thanks for sending such a professional and excellent team of Arturo and Armando. They were always on time, courteous, thoughtful-- and they got the job done beautifully in only three days.

Interior painting of rooms, walls, ceilings, etc. over a three week period. I had a lot of work to be done. They repaired ceilings, installed doors, removed all existing paneling and molding, installed drywall to walls, installed new molding and trim. They did an excellent job! They had a "can do" attitude and made sure everything was perfect. They were punctual, friendly, professional, accommodating, courteous, very respectful of our home and of us. The team, employer and staff were a pleasure to do business with. I will be using them for another project next month. I am thrilled to have found them and will recommend them to all of my friends and colleagues without hesitation.

Its now about one week since your company completed the exterior painting and related at our house. Having been a customer of yours for about 25 years we knew what to expect -- and of course we were not disappointed! For us, this 2.5-3 week project was large and as always we were impressed with the care with which you helped us plan for it -- not least especially Lisa's help with deciding on the color scheme -- and for the attention to detail throughout. The foreman for the job, Walter, was excellent -- he was clearly committed to finishing a high quality job even if it took a little longer than expected -- and kept us well-informed on progress daily. He was also very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had as the job moved forward. His colleagues (Fidel and Jorge I think, and the carpenter whose name I forget) also did all they could to ensure a timely and good quality job -- and were scrupulous about clearing up after themselves at night and were especially thorough at the end of the task. Great job by Williams Professional Painting on some recent repair to our front portico (carpentry, roofing, and painting). Outstanding work by Juan Maldonado, who was the foreman and craftsman who completed the work.

I had a third-story gutter that was drip-leaking over my deck. I would like to commend Juan Maldonado and his helper for inspecting, ascertaining the problem, and rectifying it. He reviewed the problem, recommended the fix, and after the go-ahead, proceeded to implement it.

It will take another hard rainfall to determine if the repair eliminated the issue completely, but the measures taken by Mr. Maldonado and his crew were well-thought out from his experience, and executed very professionally.
