We've lived in the Mount Vernon area for many years but this is the first time we've contracted with Williams Professional Painting. We are happy to say that Ernesto and his team did a beautiful and professional paint job on our house. His work was superior to any we've had done in prior years or we could have done ourselves. Ernesto was very polite and frequently asked if we had any questions or outstanding issues. If available, request the Mr. Omar and Mr. Carlos painting team. They have an Incredible work ethic with quality results. I have used Williams Professional over several years, for my rental properties and private residence...never disappointed. On a scale of 1-10, with 5 being average...and 10 being the highest possible score...they have always hit 10 on every job.

I could not live with out Williams Professional Painting! I am a real estate agent and I sell houses and rely on them heavily to come in to paint to get them ready. It had been a long time since the interior of my house had been painted. In addition, the house is old and there have been many coats of paint over the years.

When I decided to have a large part of the interior painted, I wanted someone who would to a \"smashing\" job. I chose your company because you have a good reputation and I was impressed with the advertising, estimate process, and prospects for a good outcome.

The initial team did a great job and when they were finished, Jose G. was the \"icing on the cake.\" He took care of some of the remaining details I especially wanted done. He did a super job, was easy to work with, and I am very pleased with the results.

Special thanks to Alvis Hermes who was my anchor during the entire process and to Yanize and others who took care of scheduling and answering questions via phone.

Milton Chavez provided a written estimate (for labor and materials) that was in line with actual costs. This was not the lowest estimate we received, but did seem to be in line with the skill level of the workers who did the repairs. I was impressed by their ability to work together as a team and to communicate closely with us for the three days they were on site. Both master carpenters, Dagoberto Rodriguez and another gentleman whose name I cannot recall, were thoroughly professional in every respect. While they were at work, I felt our house was in good hands. It was a pleasure to work with them. We would definitely hire them again for future work.

I think all went well with the recent painting of the exterior of my house. The house looks great, Arturo and Harry were polite, happy to answer questions or provide information on the job, and respectful to our property. They neatly stored their tools every night, and worked consistently throughout the job until it was done. The carpentry was well executed and within the estimated hours.

Overall, I am quite satisfied and would like to proceed with the inside work that I received an estimate on from your company. Please contact me to get us on the schedule.

Rick Williams came to go over the work and give an estimate. I was pleased to find they use only their own workers, no
contractors. Their workers are all either legal US citizens or have a green card. The workers were clean, professional and punctual. And every day before leaving they cleaned up ALL debris. I was very pleased with their work and workers.
Several neighbors have commented on what a good job they did and a neighbor has just come to my door to ask who
I used for the exterior painting - I was pleased recommend this company.

I would like to commend JB, he was great. Our job was small but it was important to us and JB made it important to him. He knew we were not satisfied with one particular aspect of the finished job and after talking to us about several options, he came back and proceeded with the decided upon option and it turned out perfect. He was always polite and professional and willing to go that extra bit to make sure we were satisfied.

The house looks great! Franklin and his crew were all very detail oriented. I am pleased that Franklin suggested painting the foundation on the rear addition-it gives it a finishing touch.

Just a note to let you know that Juan Maldonado did a very nice job for us last week. He was easy to have around and communicated well. It was a job made up of many little jobs and that’s sometimes hard to organize, but he did it! He had creative ideas when there were challenges and he always completed the project.

Thanks for getting it all done before the college party here this past Monday.
