Milton of Williams Painting contacted me quickly after I requested an estimate and arranged to come to my home. He answered all my questions, including giving me prompt follow-up answers to my additional email questions. That may sound routine, but it hasn't always been my experience with other companies.

Luis, Alberto and Jose were the men who worked on my home. The arrived very promptly on the day they'd promised, ready to work. At first it seemed that they were moving a little slowly, but that wasn't slowness. It was thoroughness in the prep work. They addressed all the cracks and nail pops they found. They fully repaired a couple of old bad drywall repairs, to the point that, even knowing where to look, I can see no evidence of the prior damage. I'd asked if the popped nails could be replaced by screws in the repair. Milton had assured me they could, and they did. They took that kind of care throughout. The finished job is excellent.

They were careful in moving and covering my furniture. They cleaned up every day. They were always pleasant to work with and to have in my home. Luis' last word to me as he left was a reminder of the warranty; to let them know if I found anything afterward and to assure me they will come back to address anything they might have missed. After my experience with them, I have no doubt they back up their work.

I'm completely happy with their work and would recommend this company. I will use Williams Painting again.

I would like take this opportunity to express my gratitude for a job well done by you and your staff. I would like to thank Milton for selling me on your company and setting a price within our budget for the scope that I specified. I also want to thank him for his follow up during the course of the project.

Next I would like to thank Lisa. Her renderings of the finished product were great and convinced me that I had made the correct choices in color and where to apply them. I was really up in the air about some of my thoughts and she was able to put everything on paper to assist me in selling the idea to my General Manager.

Last but not least I want to thank JB your foreman and the crew. These men where awesome. I never received one complaint about them, the quality of their work, or that they ever caused an issue by blocking traffic in our very busy entry. They always managed to have the lifts out of the way of automobile and foot traffic and I never had one complaint about them getting one drop of paint where it should not have been. They work was very nicely done and the work site was always clean and neat even after quitting time.

Rick, employees are either assets or liabilities to employers. Believe me when I tell you all the folks mentioned in this review are assets to Williams Professional Painting.

Description Of Work: Painted living room wall and baseboard, den walls, ceiling, baseboards and fixed stains and cracks, dining room baseboard as well as complete foyer where there were cracks and leak marks.

The person conducting the estimating work ( Alvis) was extremely professional and knowledgable. He was friendly, exactly on time and very responsive in providing the bid. We obtained two bids and while the other was lower we wanted to assure excellent work and since the estimator was able to fully explain why paint that had been put on our front door in the past did not stick (first person to be able to diagnose the problem) we decided that this and their current reputation on Angie's list coupled with their years in service meant that the higher price would likely be worth it - and it was.
The painters arrived on time, were careful to properly move and cover furniture and other items, carefully laid tape to block off areas NOT to be painted and completed the job fully in two days as projected. They were helpful - having a larger crew come the first day to help move some heavy items and the scheduling person readjusted the initial scheduled time as our floor project ran over. The foreman throughout remained in communication on issues and was very responsive to any request I had. Cristian Reyes was the foreman and excellent.
The cost may be higher but I gave it an A as it is worth the money.

Mary, I was just thinking about you. Driving back from the job now. It all looks wonderful. Very impressive what Milton and his guys did. They are so happy. I love working with your company. The office admin person is back from a conference and will get me the check next week. As I was taking the elevator up a woman commented on my toile tote bag and asked for my card as they will be renovating their dental office. Love it.

They didn't get a spot of paint on anything other than the walls and they were very polite and as I said they were very careful to cover everything they moved furniture to help me decide on a couple of things and they were very professional and very good. What a great idea- painter for a day. I want to write a quick note to let you know how pleased I am with the paint job that Dagoberto Machado did for me on Friday the 18th. He arrived promptly at 7:30am and went right to work. He was very careful with the furniture that I could not get out of the room. Everything was covered up and when he was finished, everything was cleaned up. The color looks lovely and I wanted to let you know that Dagoberto did a fantastic job. Williams Professional Painting has done a lot of painting at our house (inside and out) over the years. I will continue to use your services in the future.

We had Williams paint the entire inside of the house back in 2010. That job was excellent. We were very apprehensive about having to move everything and the disruption, but the Williams crew made it as painless as possible. They even painted AFTER we had white carpet installed and not a drop touched the carpet!

So when it was time to get some outside work done, we naturally turned to Williams. This painting involved foundation, soffits, windows, porch, and staining the porch floor.

The crew (Jorge and Rodrigo, with Joyner the second day) were great. They were professional and courteous, showed up when expected, took great care when coming inside for the window work (white carpets!), worked efficiently, got the work done on the low side of the time estimate.

Williams is very good about scheduling work and keeping their schedule commitments. They are not "cheap painters" and you really get value for what you pay. Dave Williams and the office staff are easy to work with.

The quality of the painting looks great and we would definitely use Williams again.

In fact, our next door neighbor just talked to me about the company, having watched the crew at work, and will likely be in touch for some work next spring.

Another quality job by the Williams crew. Ricardo and Fidel made

sure everything was covered prior to prepping the surfaces to be patched

and painted. They worked neatly and efficiently. Alvis had accurately

prescribed the job and Ricardo and Fidel executed it to the letter.

Of course, I will continue to use or recommend Williams as my "go to"

painters in the future. The office staff acknowledged the order, gave me

a scheduling window, notified me of the time and day, and made sure

the scheduled appointment was met.
